We always hear discussion and importance about metabolism like ‘what if I have a very slow metabolism’ or ‘I should have a very high metabolism to burn fat faster’. Women usually envy the metabolism of men since they only see one eating a pasta dish with a smile on his face, but not when he is toiling hard in the gym.
Metabolism can be defined in a simple as a set of chemical reactions that take place in cells of the body and it converts the energy contained in the food we eat into the fuel we need for everything we do, from moving to thinking to growing.
And just that part of transforming the energy of what we eat for using as fuel is the funniest thing. For years we thought that if we did not eat, we could get thin, and the reality is that this is one of the few calculations where 2+2 is not necessarily 4. For the metabolism to function properly, you have to eat more, let the muscles do their job and all that greasers use more energy. Metabolism is not something static which can change over the years. Normally, we tend to hurt, making the wrong decisions like eating little or not eating right. But all is not lost as with some tricks, we can improve or wake up our metabolism. Here I give you some tips to put your metabolism to burn fat deposits like an oven.
1) Eat Your Breakfast
Something so basic and seems scolding from mom. But the truth is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it breaks the fast. The breakfast gives your body an electric energy that will help you feel really good.
Drink Water
This is another scolding from mom, but it’s that basic. Water helps many of the functions of our body such as it eliminating the toxins which helps kidneys work in a super efficient manner and it also causes the liver to do the best work i.e. metabolize the fat deposits.
3) Eat Several Small Meals throughout the Day
It is not that you have to be as a ruminant with something in your mouth all day, but instead of eating 3 large meals, it is best to have 5 to 6 smaller meals. A smart way to do this is to have three meals with two snacks as mid-morning snack and the other half in the afternoon.
4) The Quality of Food
If you think with eating 5 mini burgers is going to help you lose weight, you are dead wrong. The idea is that your five meals are to be composed of complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables.
5) Don’t Skip Meals
The longer you go without eating, the hungrier you get at the next meal, and probably you will make the worse choices. So do not go hungry for longer period.
